Nay; I swear by the moon, 32 By the night when it departs. 33 And the dawn when it shineth forth, 34 hell is certainly the greatest calamity. 35 Warn the men. 36 to everyone of you, whether he chooses to come forward or to hang back! 37 Every soul will be a pledge for that which it hath earned, 38 Except those on the Right, (i.e. the pious true believers of Islamic Monotheism); 39 In Gardens, they seek answers, 40 About Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers, etc.), (And they will say to them): 41 What hath brought you to this burning? 42 and they shall reply, "We were not among those who prayed; 43 Nor did we used to feed the poor. 44 We indulged and persisted in useless disputes, 45 And we used to deny the Day of Judgment, 46 Until the certainty (of death) had come upon us. 47 So the intercession of intercessors shall not avail them. 48 What aileth them, therefore, that they are from the admonition turning away? 49 like startled wild donkeys 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Rather, every person among them desires that he would be given scriptures spread about. 52 By no means. In fact they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 There is no doubt that the Quran is a guide. 54 and whoever wills may take it to heart. 55 But none will remember, unless Allah wills, He is the Owner of fear, the Owner of forgiveness. 56
