Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
This life of the world is but a pastime and a game. Lo! the home of the Hereafter - that is Life, if they but knew. 64 And when they board a ship, they supplicate Allah, sincere to Him in religion. But when He delivers them to the land, at once they associate others with Him 65 showing ingratitude for what We have given them and take their enjoyment; soon they shall know! 66 Do they not see that We have given them a safe sanctuary, while all around them men are being despoiled? Do they then believe what is false, and deny the bounty of God? 67 And who could be more wicked than he who attributes his own lying inventions to God, or gives the lie to the truth when it comes unto him [through revelation]? Is not hell the [proper] abode for all who [thus] deny the truth? 68 And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good. 69
