The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 will have hawiyah as their dwelling. 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.
