Saad 5 of 5
Say, [O Muhammad], "I am only a warner, and there is not any deity except Allah, the One, the Prevailing. 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 from which you turn away. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Council when they disputed. 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 (Remember) When your Lord said to the angels, “I will create a human from clay.” – 71 after I have shaped him and breathed of My spirit (I created) into him, fall down prostrate before him' 72 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: 73 but not Satan, who was too proud. He became one of those who deny the truth. 74 [Allah] said, "O Iblees, what prevented you from prostrating to that which I created with My hands? Were you arrogant [then], or were you [already] among the haughty?" 75 He said: I am better than he: me Thou hast created of fire, and him Thou hast created of clay. 76 He said, “Therefore exit from heaven, for you have been outcast.” (To disrespect the Prophets – peace and blessings be upon them – is blasphemy.) 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 He said, “My Lord! Therefore give me respite till the day when all will be raised.” 79 Allah said: verily, thou art of those respited. 80 Until the day of the time appointed. 81 He said: by Thy majesty, then, I shall surely seduce them, all. 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 He (Allah) said: 'This is the truth, and I speak the truth: 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 Say (O Muhammad, unto mankind): I ask of you no fee for this, and I am no simulating. 86 It is but a reminder to the worlds. 87 And ye will come in time to know the truth thereof. 88

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
