The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The Striking Calamity - 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what shall teach thee what is the Clatterer? 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 He shall live a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 A flaming fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
