Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Ya Seen. 1 By the Qur'an, full of Wisdom,- 2 Lo! thou art of those sent 3 On a straight path, 4 (The Qur’an is) Sent down by the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned and so they are unaware. 6 Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe. 7 Behold, around their necks We have put shackles, reaching up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up; 8 And We have placed before them a barrier and behind them a barrier, so We have covered them, so that they see not. 9 Alike it is to them whether thou hast warned them or thou hast not warned them, they do not believe. 10 You can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears Ar-Rahman secretly. So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Surely it is We who bring the dead to life and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; everything We have numbered in a clear register. 12
