The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Woe to those who give short measure, 1 Who, when they take the measure (of their dues) from men take it fully, 2 But when they measure out to others or weigh out for them, they are deficient. 3 Do not these think that they shall be raised again 4 unto a mighty day 5 The day when (all) mankind stand before the Lord of the Worlds? 6 Indeed! The record of the wicked is in the Sijjin -- 7 and what shall teach thee what is Sijjin? 8 A Register inscribed. 9 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 10 Who deny the Day of Recompense. 11 And none deny it except every sinful transgressor. 12 When our signs are recited to him, he says, 'Fairy-tales of the ancients!' 13 Nay, but that which they have earned is rust upon their hearts. 14 No indeed, on that Day they shall be veiled from their Lord. 15 and then they shall enter Hell, 16 Then shall it be said: This is what you gave the lie to. 17 Nay, verily the record of the Righteous is (preserved) in 'Illiyin. 18 Ah, what will convey unto thee what 'Illiyin is! - 19 (It is) a marked Book, 20 Attested by those who are brought near (unto their Lord). 21 Verily the virtuous shall be in Bliss; 22 [resting on couches, they will look up [to God]: 23 and in their faces you shall know the radiance of bliss. 24 They shall be given to drink of a wine that is sealed, 25 Its seal is upon musk; and for this should those who crave be eager. 26 And the admixture of it is a water of Tasnim, 27 a spring at which those drawn close to God will drink. 28 The sinners indeed laughed at believers 29 And winked at one another as they passed by them; 30 And when they returned to their own folk, they returned jesting; 31 And when they saw them they said: Lo! these have gone astray. 32 Yet they were not sent to be their guardians. 33 But on the Day [of Judgment,] they who had attained to faith will [be able to] laugh at the [erstwhile] deniers of the truth: 34 upon couches gazing. 35 Are not the disbelievers paid (fully) for what they used to do? 36
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
