We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 [and so,] when [We decreed the doom of his sinful town,] We saved him and his household, 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
