The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Hast thou not observed what wise thy Lord dealt with the fellows of the elephant? 1 Put He not their stratagem to straying. 2 And He sent against them swarms of birds 3 Striking them with stones of hard clay, 4 And made them like green crops devoured (by cattle)? 5
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
