Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 [But] who are heedless of their prayer - 5 who show off, 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
