And remember Moosa in the Book; he was indeed a chosen one, and he was a Noble Messenger, a Herald of the Hidden. 51 We called him from the right slope of the Mount, and brought him nigh in communion. 52 Out of Our mercy We gave him his brother Aaron who himself was a Prophet. 53 And mention thou in the Book lsma'il; verily he was true in promise, and was apostle, prophet. 54 He exhorted his people to prayer and almsgiving, and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 And remember Idrees in the Book; he was indeed very truthful, a Prophet. 56 whom We exalted onto a lofty station. 57 Those were some of the prophets on whom Allah did bestow His Grace,- of the posterity of Adam, and of those who We carried (in the Ark) with Noah, and of the posterity of Abraham and Israel of those whom We guided and chose. Whenever the Signs of (Allah) Most Gracious were rehearsed to them, they would fall down in prostrate adoration and in tears. ۩ 58 ۞ And after them came the unworthy successors who squandered prayer and pursued their own desires, so they will soon encounter the forest of Gai in hell. 59 Except those who repent, believe and do righteousness; for those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged at all. 60 (They will enter) 'Adn (Eden) Paradise (everlasting Gardens), which the Most Beneficent (Allah) has promised to His slaves in the unseen: Verily! His Promise must come to pass. 61 They will not hear therein any ill speech - only [greetings of] peace - and they will have their provision therein, morning and afternoon. 62 This is the Paradise those of Our creatures will inherit who take heed and fear the displeasure of God. 63 And we do not descend but by the command of your Lord; to Him belongs whatever is before us and whatever is behind us and whatever is between these, and your Lord is not forgetful. 64 And thy Lord is never forgetful, Lord He of the heavens and earth and all that is between them. So serve Him, and be thou patient in His service; knowest thou any that can be named with His Name? 65
