When the trumpet is sounded, they will be driven out of their grave into the presence of their Lord. 51 Crying: Woe upon us! Who hath raised us from our place of sleep? This is that which the Beneficent did promise, and the messengers spoke truth. 52 It shall be but one shout; and lo! they shall all be brought together before Us. 53 Then, on that Day, not a soul will be wronged in the least, and ye shall but be repaid the meeds of your past Deeds. 54 Verily the fellows of the Garden today shall be happily employed. 55 They and their wives shall be in shades, reclining on raised couches. 56 They shall have fruits and all that they call for. 57 'Peace!' -- such is the greeting, from a Lord All-compassionate. 58 But avaunt ye, O ye guilty, this day! 59 ۞ “O Descendants of Adam! Did I not take a covenant from you that you shall not worship the devil? Undoubtedly, he is your open enemy.” 60 Did We not command you to worship Me and tell you that this is the straight path?" 61 And certainly he led astray numerous people from among you. What! could you not then understand? 62 "This, then, is the hell of which you were warned again and again: 63 Enter into it this day because you disbelieved. 64 On that day We will set a seal upon their mouths, and their hands shall speak to Us, and their feet shall bear witness of what they earned. 65 And had We willed, We could have quenched their eyes so they would rush towards the path, unable to see a thing. 66 If it had been Our will, We could have paralysed them where they stood, so that they would not be able to go forward or turn back. 67
