Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 relieved you of the burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 After every difficulty there is relief. 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So when thou art empty, labour, 7 And unto thine Lord, attend. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
