And mention Musa in the Book; surely he was one purified, and he was an apostle, a prophet. 51 We called out to him from the right side of the Mount, and We drew him near to Us by communing to him in secret, 52 And We bestowed upon him of Our mercy his brother Aaron, a prophet (likewise). 53 Mention in the Book (the Quran) the story of Ishmael; he was true to his promise, a Messengers and a Prophet. 54 And he used to enjoin on his people prayer and zakah and was to his Lord pleasing. 55 And remember Idrees in the Book; he was indeed very truthful, a Prophet. 56 We raised him to a high position. 57 Those were they unto whom Allah bestowed His Grace from among the Prophets, of the offspring of Adam, and of those whom We carried (in the ship) with Nuh (Noah), and of the offspring of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Israel and from among those whom We guided and chose. When the Verses of the Most Beneficent (Allah) were recited unto them, they fell down prostrating and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ They were succeeded by a generation who neglected their prayers and followed their worldly desires. They will certainly be lost, 59 Except those who repented and accepted faith and did good deeds – so these will enter heaven, and they will not be deprived* in the least. (* Of their due reward.) 60 Theirs shall be everlasting Gardens which the Most Compassionate Lord has promised His servants in a realm which is beyond the ken of perception. Surely His promise shall he fulfilled. 61 There they shall hear no idle talk, but only 'Peace.' There they shall have their provision at dawn and evening. 62 That is Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who are godfearing. 63 (Said Angel Jibreel to Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon them) “And we angels do not come down except by the command of your Lord; to Him only belongs all that is ahead of us and all that is behind us and all that is between them; and your Lord is not forgetful.” 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and that which is betwixt the twain; so Him worship thou, and endure patiently in His worship; knowest thou any as His compeer? 65
