The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 And there cometh not unto them any fresh admonition from the Compassionate but they are wont to be therefrom backsliders. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how many We caused to grow in it every generous kind? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
