Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. 3 So woe to the worshippers 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
