We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And in everything have We created opposites, so that you might bear in mind [that God alone is One]. 49 So flee to Allah (from His Torment to His Mercy Islamic Monotheism), verily, I (Muhammad SAW) am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 Similarly, no Messenger came to those before them but they said: 'Sorcerer, or mad' 52 Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 And remind (by preaching the Quran, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 Woe then to the unbelievers for their Day which they were promised! 60
