Pray, “My Lord! If You show me the promise they are given,” 93 then do not place me, Lord, with the wrongdoers." 94 And verily We are Able to show thee that which We have promised them. 95 Repel evil with what is best, We are well aware of the things they say, 96 And say "O my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee from the suggestions of the Evil Ones. 97 I seek refuge in You lest they come to me." 98 Until, when death comes to one* of them, he says, “O my Lord, send me back!” (The disbelievers) 99 That I may do right in that which I have left behind! But nay! It is but a word that he speaketh; and behind them is a barrier until the day when they are raised. 100 So when the Horn is blown, no relationship will there be among them that Day, nor will they ask about one another. 101 It will be an Hour when those whose scales are heavy, they alone will attain success; 102 And as for him whose good deeds are light, these are they who shall have lost their souls, abiding in hell 103 The fire shall scorch their faces, and they therein shall be in severe affliction. 104 “Were not My verses recited to you, so you used to deny them?” 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 O our Lord! take us forth from it; then if we return, we shall be wrong-doers indeed. 107 He will say, "Remain despised therein and do not speak to Me. 108 Lo! there was a party of My slaves who said: Our Lord! We believe, therefor forgive us and have mercy on us for Thou art Best of all who show mercy; 109 but you made them a target of your derision to the point where it made you forget all remembrance of Me; and you went on and on laughing at them. 110 Lo! I have rewarded them this Day for their steadfastness, so that they, and they alone, are triumphant." 111 He (Allah) will say: "What number of years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will reply. "We remained for about a day or part of it, but ask those who have kept count". 113 God will say, "You have indeed remained there for a short time. Would that you knew it during your life time. 114 Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" 115 Now Allah be Exalted, the True King! There is no Allah save Him, the Lord of the Throne of Grace. 116 And whosoever calls upon another god with God, whereof he has no proof, his reckoning is with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And say: 'My Lord, forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of the merciful' 118

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
