(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 and darkened its night and brought forth its morning. 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 AND SO, when the great overwhelming event [of resurrection] comes to pass 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then, as for him who rebelled 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 On the Day when they see it, they will feel as if they had tarried in this world for only one evening or one morning. 46
