And the people of the Hijr (rocks) denied the Noble Messengers. 80 We brought them Our signs, and they turned away from them. 81 And they were hewing out houses from mountains feeling secure. 82 Then the shout took hold of them in the early morn. 83 that they earned did not avail them. 84 And We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them except with truth, and the Hour is surely coming, so overlook (O Muhammad SAW), their faults with gracious forgiveness. [This was before the ordainment of Jihad holy fighting in Allah's Cause]. 85 Indeed, your Lord - He is the Knowing Creator. 86 And indeed We have given you seven verses that are repeated, and the great Qur’an. 87 Stretch not thine eyes to that We have given pairs of them to enjoy; and do not sorrow for them, and lower thy wing unto the believers, 88 Say, "Indeed, I am simply one who warns." 89 such as We send down for those who are divisive, 90 And severed their Scripture into fragments. 91 But, by thy Sustainer! [On the Day of Judgment] We shall indeed call them to account, one and all, 92 About what they used to do. 93 Therefore declare openly what you are bidden and turn aside from the polytheists. 94 Lo! We defend thee from the scoffers, 95 Those who adopt, with Allah, another god: but soon will they come to know. 96 We certainly know that you feel sad about what they say against you. 97 But glorify your Lord with His praise, and prostrate yourself: 98 Worship your Lord till the certainty (death) comes to you. 99
