Do then those who disbelieve think that they can take My slaves [i.e., the angels, Allah's Messengers, 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), etc.] as Auliya' (lords, gods, protectors, etc.) besides Me? Verily, We have prepared Hell as an entertainment for the disbelievers (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism). 102 (Muhammad), tell them, "Should I tell you who will face the greatest loss as a result of their deeds? 103 It will be those who labor a great deal in this life but without guidance, yet think that they are doing a great many good deeds. 104 Those are the ones who disbelieve in the verses of their Lord and in [their] meeting Him, so their deeds have become worthless; and We will not assign to them on the Day of Resurrection any importance. 105 That shall be their meed - Hell - for they disbelieved and held My revelations and My apostles in mockery. 106 As to those who believe and work righteous deeds, they have, for their entertainment, the Gardens of Paradise, 107 where they will live forever and never wish that they should be removed from it. 108 Say, "If the sea were ink for [writing] the words of my Lord, the sea would be exhausted before the words of my Lord were exhausted, even if We brought the like of it as a supplement." 109 Say (O Muhammad): "I am no more than a human being like you; one to whom revelation is made: 'Your Lord is the One and Only God.' Hence, whoever looks forward to meet his Lord, let him do righteous works, and let him associate none with the worship of his Lord." 110
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
