Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Hast thou seen him who cries lies to the Doom? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 As are of their prayer careless. 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 Who are uncharitable even over very small things. 7
