VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 "(It will be said to them): 'Enter therein (Paradise), in peace and security.' 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ (Muhammad), tell My servants that I am All-forgiving and All-merciful 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said: "Do not feel afraid, for we give you the good news of a wise boy." 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 Abraham said: "Who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except the misguided?" 56 He added: "What is your errand O sent ones?" 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 excepting the household of Lot. We shall deliver all of them, 59 except his wife who is doomed to be left behind." 60
