Noah supplicated, "Lord, they have disobeyed me, and followed those whose wealth and children have only added to their ruin; 21 and have devised a mighty device 22 And they say: By no means leave your gods, nor leave Wadd, nor Suwa; nor Yaghus, and Yauq and Nasr. 23 "And so they have led many a one astray: hence, ordain Thou that these evildoers stray but farther and farther away [from all that they may desire]!" 24 They were drowned because of their habitual sinfulness, and sent to Hell, and did not find any helper other than God. 25 And Noah said: My Lord! Leave not one of the disbelievers in the land. 26 if You do, they will mislead Your servants and will only give birth to ungrateful sinners. 27 Forgive me, My Lord, and my parents, and whosoever seeks refuge in my house as a believer, and the believers men and women alike, and do not increase the harmdoers except in ruin' 28
