O believers, fear God as He should be feared, and see you do not die, save in surrender. 102 Hold on firmly together to the rope of God, and be not divided among yourselves, and remember the favours God bestowed on you when you were one another's foe and He reconciled your hearts, and you turned into brethren through His grace. You had stood on the edge of a pit of fire and He saved you from it, thus revealing to you His clear signs that you may find the right way perchance. 103 And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful. 104 Do not follow the example of those who became divided and differed with one another after clear proofs had come to them. For those, there is a great punishment. 105 The Day when faces will be whitened and faces blackened. To those whose faces have become blackened it will be said: 'Did you disbelieve after you had believed? Then taste the punishment for that you disbelieved' 106 And for those whose faces will become white, they will be in Allah's Mercy (Paradise), therein they shall dwell forever. 107 These are the verses of Allah. We recite them to you, [O Muhammad], in truth; and Allah wants no injustice to the worlds. 108 For to God belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth, and to God do all things return. 109
