Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the (Winds) that scatter broadcast; 1 and those that carry the burden [of heavy clouds,] 2 And (the ships) that float with ease and gentleness; 3 and the partitioners, 4 Undoubtedly, the promise you are given is surely true. 5 And verily Judgment and Justice must indeed come to pass. 6 by the heaven full of tracks, 7 Truly ye are in a doctrine discordant, 8 Deluded away from the Qur'an is he who is deluded. 9 May the conjecturers perish, 10 Who are careless in an abyss! 11 They ask, "When will the Day of Judgement come?" 12 On that Day they shall be tried at the Fire, 13 Taste your persecution! this is what you would hasten on. 14 Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and springs, 15 Taking what their Lord gives them; surely they were before that, the doers of good. 16 they would lie asleep during but a small part of the night, 17 And in the hour of early dawn, they (were found) praying for Forgiveness; 18 And in their properties there was the right of the beggar, and the Mahrum (the poor who does not ask the others). 19 And in the earth there are signs for those who are sure, 20 And also in your own selves. Behold ye not? 21 And in heaven is your provision, and that you are promised. 22 This, by the Lord of the heavens and the earth is as certain as your ability to speak. 23
