۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 In Book well-guarded, 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 It is a revelation sent down from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 and your portion in it is simply that you denounce it as false? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 and that hour you are watching 84 and We are nearer to him than you, although you cannot see Us -- 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
