But the godfearing shall be amidst gardens and fountains: 45 [having been received with the greeting,] "Enter here in peace, secure!" 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 No fatigue will touch them nor will they be expelled therefrom." 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 And tell them of the guests of Abraham, 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 "Have no fear," they said. "We bring you news of a son full of wisdom." 53 He said, 'What, do you give me good tidings, though old age has smitten me? Of what do you 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 Abraham said: "Who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except the misguided?" 56 He said, 'And what is your business, envoys?' 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 Except his wife." Allah decreed that she is of those who remain behind. 60

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
