The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

CONSIDER the fig and the olive, 1 And mount Sinai, 2 And by oath of this secure land, 3 We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, 4 We then turned him towards all the lowest of the low states. 5 excepting only such as attain to faith and do good works: and theirs shall be a reward unending! 6 Then what (or who) causes you (O disbelievers) to deny the Recompense (i.e. Day of Resurrection)? 7 Is not God the most equitable of all judges? 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
