Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 and they will be told to enter there in peace and safety. 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 No weariness will come upon them, nor will they be sent away from there. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 and that My punishment is the painful chastisement. 50 And inform them of Ibrahim’s guests. 51 When they entered upon him, they said, Peace. He said: Surely we are afraid of you. 52 They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom." 53 "You bring me the good news now," he said, "when old age has come upon me. What good news are you giving me then?" 54 They (the angels) said: "We give you glad tidings in truth. So be not of the despairing ones." 55 He said, 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, excepting those that are astray?' 56 Abraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of Allah)?" 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 Except for Lot's household, all of whom we shall rescue, 59 but his wife. We decreed that she should be amongst those who remain behind. 60
