And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]? 67 "It is true we were promised this,- we and our fathers before (us): these are nothing but tales of the ancients." 68 Say: "Go ye through the earth and see what has been the end of those guilty (of sin)." 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 They say, 'When shall this promise come to pass, if you speak the truth?' 71 Say: Maybe there may have drawn near to you somewhat of that which you seek to hasten on. 72 Truly, your Lord is bountiful to mankind, but most of them are not grateful. 73 Surely, your Lord knows what they hide in their hearts and what they reveal. 74 There is nothing that is hidden - be it in the heaven or the earth - but is recorded in a Clear Book. 75 This Quran tells the Israelites most of the matters about which they had disputes among themselves. 76 And indeed, it is guidance and mercy for the believers. 77 Indeed, your Lord will judge between them by His [wise] judgement. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Knowing. 78 So rely upon Allah; indeed, you are upon the clear truth. 79 Verily thou canst not make the dead hear, nor canst thou make the deaf hear the call when they flee turning their backs. 80 Nor can you lead the blind when they have gone astray. You can make none hear except those who believe in Our signs and have come to peace and submission. 81 ۞ And when the word is fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth to speak unto them because mankind had not faith in Our revelations. 82
