And make mention (O Muhammad) of Our bondman Job, when he cried unto his Lord (saying): Lo! the devil doth afflict me with distress and torment. 41 [So he was told], "Strike [the ground] with your foot; this is a [spring for] a cool bath and drink." 42 And We bestowed on him his household and along with them the like thereof, out of mercy from us, and a remembrance unto men of understanding. 43 And (it was said unto him): Take in thine hand a branch and smite therewith, and break not thine oath. Lo! We found him steadfast, how excellent a slave! Lo! he was ever turning in repentance (to his Lord). 44 Remember Our votaries Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, men of power and insight. 45 We distinguished them for the distinct remembrance of the abode (of the Hereafter). 46 And they are with Us, verily, of the chosen and the best! 47 Remember [Our servants] Ishmael, Elisha, and Dhu'l-Kifl. Each of them was among the just. 48 This was a remembrance. An excellent retreat awaits the God-fearing 49 #NAME? 50 wherein they shall recline, wherein they shall ask for abundant fruit and drinks, 51 ۞ With companions of modest look, the same in age, by their side. 52 This is what you are promised for the Day of Reckoning: 53 Indeed this is Our sustenance, which will never end. 54 This (for the virtuous); but for the transgressors the evil destination, 55 Hell; they shall enter it, so evil is the resting-place. 56 All this (is for them); so let them taste boiling water and pus, 57 and other torments of the like kind coupled together. 58 This is an army plunging in without consideration along with you; no welcome for them, surely they shall enter fire. 59 But they will say: 'No, it is you that has no welcome. It was you who brought it upon us, an evil place' 60 They will say, "Our Lord, whoever brought this upon us - increase for him double punishment in the Fire." 61 They say, 'How is it with us, that we do not see men here that we counted among the wicked? 62 Took we them so unjustly for a butt of mockery, or are they deluding our eyes? 63 All this is certainly true -- the inhabitants of the Fire will blame one another in this way. 64

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
