۞ Who does greater wrong than he who tells a lie against God, and denies the truth when it has come to him? Is there no place for unbelievers in Hell? 32 And those who brought this truth and those who testify for it – these are the pious. 33 They shall have what they wish from their Lord. This is the recompense for the good, 34 So that Allah may remit from them the evil of what they did and give them the reward, according to the best of what they used to do. 35 (O Prophet), does Allah not suffice for His servant? They frighten you with others apart from Him, although he whom Allah lets go astray, none can guide him to the Right Way. 36 whereas he whom God guides aright can never be led astray. Is not God almighty, an avenger of evil? 37 And verily, if you ask them: "Who created the heavens and the earth?" Surely, they will say: "Allah (has created them)." Say: "Tell me then, the things that you invoke besides Allah, if Allah intended some harm for me, could they remove His harm, or if He (Allah) intended some mercy for me, could they withhold His Mercy?" Say: "Sufficient for me is Allah; in Him those who trust (i.e. believers) must put their trust." 38 Say, "My people, act as you wish. I shall do as I like and you will soon know 39 “To whom will come a punishment that will disgrace, and upon whom descends the punishment that never ends.” 40 BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed upon thee this divine writ, setting forth the truth for [the benefit of all] mankind. And whoever chooses to be guided [thereby,] does so for his own good, and whoever chooses to go astray, goes but astray to his own hurt; and thou hast not the power to determine their fate. 41
