Al-Munaafeqoon 2 of 2

O ye who believe! Let not your wealth nor your children distract you from remembrance of Allah. Those who do so, they are the losers. 9 And spend of what Allah has granted you by way of sustenance before death should come to any of you and he should say: “Lord, why did You not defer my return for a while so that I might give alms and be among the righteous?” 10 But Allah reprieveth no soul when its term cometh, and Allah is Informed of what ye do. 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
