The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
