Prostration

And mention in the Book, Moses. Indeed, he was chosen, and he was a messenger and a prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of the mountain Tur, and brought him close to reveal Our secret. 52 and out of Our mercy We appointed his brother Aaron, a Prophet (that he may assist him). 53 Tell also of Ishmael in the Book. He was true to his promise and was a messenger and a prophet. 54 He enjoined on his household worship and zakat, and he was obedient to his Lord. 55 Tell also of Idris in the Book. He was a man of truth and a prophet. 56 And We raised him to a high station. 57 These were the Prophets from the offspring of Adam, from those who embarked with Noah and from the offspring of Abraham and Israel. God guided them and chose them for His favor. Whenever they would hear the revelations of the Beneficent God they would bow down in prostration with tears. ۩ 58 ۞ They were succeeded by a people who neglected the Prayers and pursued their lusts. They shall presently meet with their doom, 59 Excepting those who may repent and believe and work righteously; these shall enter the Garden and shall not be wronged at all 60 Theirs shall be everlasting Gardens which the Most Compassionate Lord has promised His servants in a realm which is beyond the ken of perception. Surely His promise shall he fulfilled. 61 There they shall hear no idle talk, but only 'Peace.' There they shall have their provision at dawn and evening. 62 this is the paradise which We grant as a heritage unto such of Our servants as are conscious of Us. 63 (Said Angel Jibreel to Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon them) “And we angels do not come down except by the command of your Lord; to Him only belongs all that is ahead of us and all that is behind us and all that is between them; and your Lord is not forgetful.” 64 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, so serve Him and be patient in His service. Do you know any one equal to Him? 65

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
