People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind; 1 The King (or Ruler) of Mankind, 2 the True God of mankind, 3 from the mischief of every sneaking whis-perer, 4 (The same) who whispers into the hearts of Mankind,- 5 Of the jinn and of mankind. 6

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
