Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 On the Day of Judgment, when the pious people will be brought into the presence of the Beneficent God as the guests of honor 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 They shall not control intercession, save he who has made a covenant with the Beneficent Allah. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 That they should ascribe unto the Compassionate a son. 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but he shall come to the Most Compassionate Lord as His servant. 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So We have made it easy in thine tongue in order that thou mayest thereby give glad tidings unto the Godfearing and warn thereby a people contentious. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
