۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 So We turned them out of gardens and springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 Said Moosa, “Never! Indeed my Lord is with me, He will now show me the way.” 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
