(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 So as for he who transgressed 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
