No, by the moon! 32 And the night when it departs, 33 And by the dawn when it brightens, 34 Indeed hell is one of the greatest entities. 35 a warning to humans, 36 For the one among you who wishes to come forward or stay back. 37 Each one is a hostage to one's deeds, 38 except the Companions of the Right. 39 In Gardens (Paradise) they will ask one another, 40 concerning the sinners, 41 “What took you into the hell?” 42 They shall say: We were not of those who prayed; 43 we fed not the needy, 44 "But we used to talk vanities with vain talkers; 45 And rejected the Day of Judgement as a lie 46 Until the certainty (of death) had come upon us. 47 So the intercession of intercessors shall not avail them. 48 What aileth them, therefore, that they are from the admonition turning away? 49 As if they were affrighted asses, 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Is it that everyone of them wants to receive a heavenly book addressed to him personally? 52 Nay, verily. They fear not the Hereafter. 53 Yes indeed, this is an advice. 54 Let anyone who seeks guidance do so. 55 And they will not remember, except that God wills; He is worthy to be feared, -- worthy to forgive. 56
