The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 A Fire vehemently hot! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
