Muhammad (Muhammad)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Allah has caused the works of those who disbelieve and hinder people from the way of Allah to go to waste. 1 As for those who believe and do good deeds and believe in what has been revealed to Muhammad, and it is the truth from their Lord, God will remove their sins from them and set their condition right. 2 That is because those who disbelieved followed falsehood whereas those who believed followed the Truth that came to them from their Lord. Thus does Allah set forth to people parables showing their true state. 3 Therefore, when you meet the unbelievers smite their necks, then, when you have killed many of them, tie the bonds. Then, either free them by grace or ransom until war shall lay down its loads, in this way, it shall be. Had Allah willed, He would have been victorious over them; except that He might test you, the one by the means of others. As for those who are killed in the Way of Allah, He will not let their works to go astray. 4 He will guide them, and dispose their minds aright, 5 He will admit them into the Garden He has already made known to them. 6 Believers, if you aid Allah, He will come to your aid and will plant your feet firmly. 7 As to those who disbelieve, perdition lies in store for them and Allah has reduced their works to nought. 8 That is so as they were averse to what has been revealed by God, and their actions will be nullified. 9 ۞ Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the End of those before them (who did evil)? Allah brought utter destruction on them, and similar (fates await) those who reject Allah. 10 This is so for God is the friend of those who believe while the unbelievers have no friend. 11
