Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 Who turns away the orphan, 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 Woe to the worshippers 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 And withhold things of common use (from others). 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
