The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Do they not observe the earth, how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 9
