Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who created and shaped, 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the present life, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
