And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 Therefore fly to Allah, surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 50 Do not set up with Allah another god. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 In the same way no Messenger came to those who lived before them without his people calling him a magician or an insane person. 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 So woe to the unbelievers, for that day of theirs that they are promised. 60
