Say: My Lord! If Thou shouldst show me that which they are promised. 93 Then do not, O Lord, put me among the sinners." 94 Surely We are able to show you what We warn them against. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is fairer. We Ourselves know very well that they describe. 96 And say: 'O my Lord, I take refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Satans, 97 I seek your protection should they approach me." 98 Until, when death comes to one of them he says: 'My Lord, let me go back, 99 That I may do right in that which I have left behind! But nay! It is but a word that he speaketh; and behind them is a barrier until the day when they are raised. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Then he whose scales are heavy -- they are the prosperers, 102 whereas they whose weight is light in the balance - it is they who will have squandered their own selves, [destined] to abide in hell: 103 The Fire will burn their faces, and therein they will grin, with displaced lips (disfigured). 104 (They will be told), "Were Our revelations not recited to you and did you not call them lies?" 105 They shall say: O our Lord! our adversity overcame us and we were an erring people: 106 Lord, take us out of this and if we sin again, we shall certainly be unjust". 107 Allah will say: "Away from Me; stay where you are and do not address Me. 108 You are those that when a party of My servants said: 'Our Lord, we believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful,' 109 But you took them for a mockery until they made you forget My remembrance and you used to laugh at them. 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 He will say: How many years did you tarry in the earth? 112 They will say, “We stayed a day or part of a day, so ask those who keep count.” 113 He will say, "You stayed not but a little - if only you had known. 114 Did you imagine that We created you without any purpose, and that you will not be brought back to Us?" 115 So Exalted be Allah, the True King, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme Throne! 116 And the one who worships any other God along with Allah – of which he does not have any proof – his account is with his Lord; indeed there is no salvation for the disbelievers. 117 So say: "O my Lord! grant Thou forgiveness and mercy for Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
