The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate 1

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 The Master of the Day of Recompense. 4 You (alone) we worship; and You (alone) we rely for help. 5 Guide us Thou unto the path straight 6 The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
