Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya Sin. 1 I call to witness the Qur'an, custodian of all laws, -- 2 you (Prophet Muhammad) are truly among the Messengers sent 3 On a straight path, 4 A revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful, 5 That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 The sentence is surely justified against most of them, for they do not believe. 7 Verily We have placed on their necks shackles which are up to the chins; so that their heads are forced up. 8 We have set-up a barrier in front of and behind them and have made them blind. Thus, they cannot see. 9 thus, it is all one to them whether thou warnest them or dost not warn them: they will not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 Lo! We it is Who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before (them, and their footprints. And all things We have kept in a clear Register. 12
